Miyabi Kaizen II 8-inch Chef's Knife

We have had a 7 piece set of Henckels for over 30 years and we decided that it was time to upgrade our knives. It took over a year to decide which knives to purchase. We finally decided that ZWILLING was the best choice for us and we purchased several knives and we are very glad we did, however, I then had to purchase a bigger knife block to hold the beautiful new knives.

LOVE this knife. The handle feels so perfect and the blade slices right through steak and makes quick work of veggies. Since it arrived, I haven't used any of my other chef's knives.
