This is literally the beat knife I have owned. It has weight to it but is still very light when cutting. The blade and handle are fantastically balanced and the curve of the cutting edge works well with my cutting methods. Because of this knife I will be buying more along this line.

I absolutely love my new knife! It is outstanding when I chop various types of produce and meat when in a commercial kitchen. The handle is nice and light while being very comforting to touch. This knife is an absolute 10/10. Thank you to the craftsman and women at Zwilling and Miyabi for all the hard work!

I gave this to my wife as a birthday gift, she said this knife 1. well balance 2. So Sharp that it become so easy when she cut meat, also each slice can be so thin. 3. Easy to clean. She love this so much and she is getting another one.

So far I really like this knife. I'd owned a set of 1 man henkels for years and decided it was time to upgrade. This has done exactly what a chef knife should. Handle is comfortable, and it is very agile while cutting.

The knife is capable of cutting most things, however, not really the ideal tool to make detailed knife work on ingredients. I would prefer the knife to be a bit sharper for easier maneuvering for things like super thin slices and precision cutting.

Good quality, has a solid, light feel. Expected to be sharp out of the box, 4 stars for not meeting expectations. Although, it only took a few swipes on the stone to bring it to full sharpness.

The knife is really sharp and well balanced but it has rust rings on it after just a week. I hand washed and dried it. Waiting on a response from customer service.
