This is a superior dairy-free option. The ingredients are very high-quality and when used according to the directions, it is a lovely addition to any number of cruelty free recipes. I think it is important that people listen to the directions and follow them carefully. I am writing this review to spread the good word! The dairy industry has become far less compassionate than it used to be. The dairy production is the most cruel and violent of all of the foods offered through production or otherwise. I can no longer eat dairy products with a good conscience. Of course, people are not very tolerant of vegan people. Hopefully, Beyoncé and others will change that mentality. I will get off my soapbox. I encourage you to publish this! such violence in our world needs to begin with each individual making changes. Although the vegan population is one or 2% of the whole, each animal that does not suffer is HUGELY important. .
Love this “cheese” sauce! The texture %26 flavor are really good. I make 2 big no bake casseroles per bottle. Rice, tuna, peas, %26 this sauce. Freezes well when mixed into whatever it is. Haven't tried to freeze it by itself. Really hope it's a long term item!
Wow! Amazing for Vegans or those seeking a dairy alternative this is amazing. It actually melts when heated. Plus makes a great Alfredo when poured over pasta. Creamy, Delicious and Dairy Free! Plus plant based cheese that melts and is so close to real cheese on a pizza!!
Always cook up to about 500 or so degrees but this stuff ricks!! i have NO idea how it is nade ir why it works but it does and it is delicious. As a mizzeralella topping it browns up under the broiler and tastes just like regular cheese. i add it to soups, sauces and gravies for thickness and added flavor. Very useful. Very tasty. And the bottle lasts a long time. i have bought a few times and miss it when it is gone.
this is the BEST plant-based cheese, by far. you have to cook it for it to reach its full potential. it's not great raw. we use this for mac %26 cheese, pasta, casseroles, quesadillas, tacos - if you'd use regular cheese for it, you can swap in this instead. it tastes like mozzarella, and even gets that stretchy cheese thing going after you cook it.
Delicious!!!! best vegan pizza cheese on the market! They used to only be good for 7 days after opening but now they've extended it to 14! even better :)
Great option for vegans and lactose free people. Not slimy when it's cooked properly. Good for a toppings on baked pastas and pizzas where I can be browned. No funky taste!
This is a vegan cheese equivalent based on cashews, not high in protein but totally healthy without fake ingredients. I make pizza equivalents with green tortillas and mushrooms, or something like that. It's very tasty.
wish it came in refillable glass, will probably try to make my own because less plastic, but good tasting cheese. Seems like eco friendlier packaging possible.
The flavor is very close to fresh mozzarella and when it is poured onto a pizza and and cooked it as a similar effect. I definitely will use again for making pizza since I cannot tolerate dairy. I wish it came in smaller bottles because there's way too much to use on water, even two pizzas, and it does not keep for long after it's opened.
