When it came to me, the lid was slightly knocked off so it did spill a little but it was very well packed so nothing broke. It is a chemical so you would expect there to be some smell to it. It is worth your buck if you know what you are doing. This product is not for amateur's! But I trust this brand and Walmart is the only place I can currently get it.

I've used Mizani relaxer for years and I always get the best results for my hair than I had gotten with any other hair relaxers. It straightens my thick 4C hair quite well without burning, while leaving a little texture so it's not just bone straight. I've always tended to burn with other relaxers because I needed to leave on my hair longer just to get it somewhat straight, so I would say Mizani works quicker than most of the relaxers I've used in the past.

I love the product, but the top on the container is useless, and that's the manufacturer's fault for being very cheap with the container materials. The container was wrapped in a separate shipping bag, sealed, and put into a box. Good call because the product did ooze out of the container, I believe the seller knew this would happen. Thanks!

when i opened the package the item was open and the cream was everywhere

i received this item damaged when i opened my package hair cream was all over the box

This product arrived with the relaxer spilt all over the box. It's a huge inconvenience to do a return and reorder again. You can smell the relaxer before opening the box because it was not properly packaged. I'm very disappointed.

Been using Mizani professionally for over 25 years , have been working in salons for 37 years and decided to order online at last minute, which I do not do. I will never order it from here again. Lets just say the Mizani relaxer I ordered from here is "questionable". I know Mizani relaxers like the back of my hand. Will never order again and most definitely will NOT recommend to anyone!!!!!
