This relaxer is a dream.I had scratched my scalp quit a bit the day before I put on the relaxer because it itched. I knew that that was a no no to do before relaxing but to my surprise there was absolutely no burning or sores on my scalp. I would definitely recommend this product.

This relaxer is soothing on your scalp doesn't burn or leave scabs. Makes your hair soft and manageable.

I liked the fact that it didn't irritate my scalp. The day before, I detangled my hair, and I know I irritated my scalp. I'm also tender headed. What I'm not pleased about is that there isn't any shampoo or conditioner included. I've read that it may not be needed, but it would have been nice to read it in the directions. Or at least tell me what I can buy that would work well with it. Be prepared to do your own research beforehand.
