Had my doubts but boy was I wrong!
I wanted to be the first to review this bat. When thinking of Mizuno, great quality gloves come to mind but you don't often think of bats. My 8 y/o son and I do now! Great pop, balanced swing, and the ball is jumping off the bat. My son will not pick up his Combat or LS Prime now which is fine with me because he is swinging very hid Mizuno Covert just fine.

Bats Crack But...
Bats crack but after only 70 swings or so? We took this to a weekend tournament and after about 70 hits on the barrel, it cracked pretty significantly. The balance is very good and has a nice swing weight. It has good pop but you have to hit it on the right spot on the barrel. I am waiting on Mizuno to replace it. we used the 30/19 barrel.
