Beautiful couch. Came in three separate box. Slightly complicated to put together. The instructions provided were not clear and the pieces were not labels (“A”, “B”, “C”) according to the instructions. It took about a hour for two of us to figure everything out and put the couch together. Once assembled the couch came together nicely.

assembly was very easy. the cup holder part is trash, quality of the couch is ok, definitely not worth what i paid for it. its smaller than expected but still cute.

Sectional too small for us need too send back

Cushions aren't more than 4in thick. Bit even cushions. Extremely hard, cheap quality, thought id buy and send w:som when he moved out, no way! Not even for bachelor pad. Dog beds are softer. Ottman came broken and chaise doesn't connect to couch:parts missing. Overall size ok, back pillows don't velcro/attach either. Wouldn't recommend

This sofa is very misleading. I ordered a couch that I saw on multiple sights but this is where I found it for the best price. We didn't even finish putting it together we were so upset about the horrible quality of the materials, all of them. The couch wasn't the same color I ordered and it was Much smaller than I expected. That i can deal with because that's my mistake for not taking measurements but the quality of materials I cannot deal with. My dogs would break that couch in a week. I asked for help from the company and they did nothing to help me! They wouldn't even call me, I had to wait days for an email response while the couch continues to sit in boxes in my quest room. Not happy!

wrong color was sent

This item was delivered with missing parts. Unable to assemble as vital pieces are missing from this shipment. Walmart is suggesting an entire new couch will be sent out. The question is will Walmart pick up the one that is partially assembled? Missing Pieces: Accessories Item B (legs %26 banister for chase) Item J (backrest for chase) Item H (ottoman) Item M (cup holders)

Let me start by saying that I am not a person who needs expensive or fancy things. I spend carefully and until now, I thought wisely. I read reviews and perform a significant amount of research before buying, even from a trusted source, like Walmart. This particular sofa was apparently sold by a market seller and the quality of this sofa is horrible. It advertises quality wood… my husband could literally carry the largest piece of one side of the seat with two fingers. This one piece is supposed to hold two people. Worst of all is the pre drilled holes did not align with the the prebuilt screws. After an hour of unpacking and sorting pieces we could not assemble the sofa because the holes were 1/2” off. I am beyond disappointed. Now I'm having to wait for another 48 hours for the seller to respond after no response from the first contact. Walmart is being helpful but I just wish they didn't allow outside sellers. I'll have to do better research in the future. Buyer beware.

This arrived with missing and broken pieces, and I have to wait 48 hours to get a response from the seller, yet I bought it on walmart.com. Walmart needs to do better with managing third party sellers.
