Did not receive my complete sofa. they only sent one box when it was supposed to be 3 boxes. I attempted to contact the seller multiple times, both through Walmart and directly. I just wanted to let you know that I never received a response. I am now having trouble getting my refund—deplorable customer service.

It's a scam, the pillows and the base of the sofa looks nothing like what they advertise, the only thing that's stopping to returned this sofa its the sheer amount of time I spent assembling. NOT WORTH BUYING. i didn't check the reviews before buying, worst mistake ever.

This is not whats pictured at all. The frame isnt wood, but like 100 metal bars. Took several hours to assemble. Also the cushion patterns aren't the same. Really hoping the removable cushions fluff out. The fact that this is on clearance and i didn't pay much for it is the only reason im not sending it back.

This items was delivered in a small box with the word SOFA on it. The box was not capable of fitting the U/L shape creep bed couch in it. I requested a refund and a return label which I had to go back and forth with the 3rd party merchant for 5 days. The refused to send return label or refund me back my money insisted that I received the correct item. When I took it out the box it was a sofa not a sectional couch!! Good luck to whomever decides to purchase this item.

The item was extremely low, up to this point the cushions are still rumpled , and haven’t changed to their pictured shapes or sizes , metal bar at the backs. of the seats for braces nothing to cover the metals, and the price has decreased since I bought this set. Totally disappointed. Requesting a refund and information to refund such items.

I ordered the light tan, and it was dark tan. I wanted to return it because the description was incorrect and the box had been opened. The seller has not provided me with return label, they emailed me with a return address in NJ. If it was lighter I would have driven to NJ to return it

The worst purchase I've made on here, it was through a third party. They had me going in circles when it came to returning had me drive to their warehouse to drop off and that wasn't the case. Contacted customer service spoke to a male recorded the co version he promised me my refund be solution only to lie to me and tell me otherwise wise 3-4 weeks later called again and were finally able to give me a response. Never ordering big furniture through their site again,

Where to even begin from the terrible service to the terrible quality to the terrible inconvenience the lack of accountability and the lack of professionalism. The fact that Walmart allows a third-party like this to misrepresent their company by allowing them to scam people is beyond absurd. I’ve been trying to get a refund Since September of last year mind you I have even gotten in contact with the corporation of Walmart and have been lied to by their own employees saying they would stop the business directly with them as well. As being told I would receive a refund just to keep me from taking farther action just for them to say they aren’t responding “ can’t see nothing on there end” Absolutely unacceptable DONT BUY !!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THE QUALITY IS POOR %26 THEIR COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE EVEN IF YOU RETURN IT THE WILLTRY TO GET AROUND SENDING YOU A LABEL TO make YOU PAY $600 to ship

very very very disappointed not what I was looking for wrong color too small have asked for return several times have not been returned yet no notification I will not I do not want this sectional and I have asked more than one time to have it picked up and I get no response
