My biggest problem was SHIPPING.. I pd $99.95 to ship and I gave instructions about delivery. They left this VERY HEAVY article on the street and we had to try to get it to my house. On the delivery they stated that they left on the porch which was a BIG LIE. I immediately contacted Walmart for a refund on shipping and they said they were on it but I have heard nothing. My instructions was to bring to my porch and not to leave down by my mail box
