The couch turned out beautifully and seems pretty durable, but assembling it was tricky because there are only illustrations for the instructions, no written text.

So basically none of the pillows will stay and everything is so loose and I would really love to get, but I guess you just don't want to give me a chance so what do I do with this now? I don't know what to do with it in the pillows are all like not good and now we don't know what to do with it. We can't return it because now we have to get new plastic and then we still have the box but we need new plastic so that we can deflated into the small piece and we don't know how to do that.

It looks larger in the pictures than it really is. It took a long time to assemble and the instructions were not clear on the first 2 steps so it was a gamble from the get go. There was not enough screws in the package but it did come with a "spare parts" baggie with a few extras and I just made it work. The pillows are only like an inch thick so you can feel all the bones in this thing plus it has to be placed against a wall because the back of the couch does not support ANY weight. If I lean back on it, it feels as though I was going to break the back right off.

Well it's been 3 weeks since I got the sectional and still can't even start to put it together because it's missing all the brackets for the main support. I contacted the company and after a week of emails they said they are going to contact the distributor to get my replacement Parts. Well still waiting with no tracking update with the replacement parts. There customer service number is disconnected. I would avoid buy this sectional.

the sectional came messed up ..the pieces DNT match to the sectional..I want my money back...

back pieces and hand places where not inflated at all, the back part of the sofa is so weak
