unit is light weight enough for easy moving shoet/compact treadmill to get the unit to work you MUST xonnect to the app through your cell phone. unfortunately my android phone for some reason was not compatible i called the customer service number and was given manual instructions. so i got it ti work that way. unit only goes up to 2.5 mph. smooth walking experience was on sale so great price for the elementary treadmill.

The color is gorgeous. The fact that I have to log onto an app each time is silly along with the main fact that the walking belt just keeps moving. to the left side. I keep fixing it (I called their customer support) and she guided me how to fix the belt problem. But that only fixes it for a moment as after I walk on it for a little bit, the belt just. moves on over again to the left side. I would have to keep adjusting it every single time I want to use it. NOT COOL

So I loved it, but an unavoidable error code popped up and we couldn’t use it anymore. There was nothing else distributor could do to fix it. Also, it occasionally smoked after using it for prolonged periods of time in one day. Ex. Smelled mechanical after 30mins and started smoking after 45mins.

Its a good product for the price and is great for small spaces. However, the cord was not long enough for me to place it safely and the part you walk on is too short for my stride. I either end up walking on the plastic front or fall off the back. Which scares me every time. I also did not like that i had to use my phone to activate it. I don’t mind using an app to monitor but if i don’t want to use the app, it wasn’t even an option for it to work. But! For the price, it was actually better than I expected.

I have just opened this today. It was purchased at a discounted price so I did not expect a lot, but did expect it to be what I ordered. It was described with speed 0.6 to 3.6 mph, but it only goes to 2.5 mph. That may be just as well considering how short the walking deck is. It is supposed to have a 2.5 HP motor, but I don't think I have seen anything that verifies that. The quick start guide very much insinuates you have to get an app to use this device, but gives a toll free %23 to call if you don't have a smart phone so I called. When I told him I would not be using an app, he did tell me how to go through a one time sequence with the remote to activate the machine. I hoped to use it while working at a stand up desk or just to get a few steps every hour. I often like to read while I walk on the treadmill and knew I would have to figure out how to have something to just keep one hand on while I walk as this does not have any frame or rails above the floor level. A heavy side chair with its back to the right side of the treadmill may suffice for that purpose. Time will tell. Time will also tell how well it holds up.

It was ok for 2 months now I can't use. During use, I would only be able to use about 30 mins a day because it would start smelly burnt. One time it started smoking. I never had a walking pad so I thought it was due to it not being meant for heavy use. However, 2 months later, the walking pad stops working and when I can get it to move, there is a loud clunking sound. Money wasted.

I bought it October 25 of 2025. I just started using it January 20 and it started making this funny smell. I made sure that it was oiled. I only use it in half an hour a day and today smoke was coming out of it. I contacted the company and they told me there's nothing they can do for me to call a technician that their warranty is only 90 days so they make their product to last only 90 days and they keep the money.

Received the item and it was defective. I followed all the instrutions and turned it on to begin and did not turn on. All I got was an Er 6. I contacted customer service and they advise to take a photo of the error , serial number. Pretty much the motor is not connected and its defective.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! You need to install there app to activate, They do not tell you this before ordering it is a scam, If you do not have a smartphone you CAN NOT USE IT. My wi-fi was not working took all day just to get it working. 20min download, forcing you to get there app you do not need , Scam Scam Scam. Please uninstall app after activation who knows what spyware they have on there.
