Good price at a valued bag could've used more pictures though, but still pleasantly surprised definitely will order again from the vendor

I also received an all black bag, not a multi color as pictured. Sent back for replacement, received another all black. I'm keeping only because it is very functional, but not exactly as I ordered.

I ordered a solid black handbag. I received a black and beige bag. This seems to be a pattern from reading other reviews. It's totally unprofessional for a company to do that.

It's starting to fray on handles

I ordered the black combo purse. Got a black one. Contacted customer service they sent a replacement. Got it today and guess what? It's pure black again not black combo. I am so disappointed. I was so excited to get it. Oh well. They are refunding me the money. So I can send the purses back. The 2 color purse is what it was suppose to look like. Added a pic of the one I actually got.

Got the navy. the feet on bottom of handbag wouldn't lay flat on a surface. i even put weights in so i thought that would flatten the leather but didn't. I returned.
