Nice item to have for stress
Item came fast and it works great. I like that this massager is for almost your entire body. i used it for my neck, back, feet. I cant ask for more

Weird sound
I bought two products on boxing day. When I used this for the first time, it has a weird sound other than a rotating sound. I put it on my neck but the left side makes like boing sound that a weak spring makes, which is different from the rotating sound. However, the right side and the other product do not make any sound, other than the rotating sound. I want to exchange or refund a product. Other than the sound, it rotates well.
