ML Tools Ratchet Pruning Shears is the best.
ML Tools Ratchet Pruning Shears is better than any other I've tried. It fits in my hand, needs very little pressure to cut branches %26 quickly goes back into position to cut twigs. IDK how long it will last but if it lasts 1 year it's worth it. I highly recommend this valuable tool.

I like the ratcheting ability for cutting up to ~3/4" limbs. I'll buy another when they wear out.

Great for my wife to trim roses as she has a weak grip.

easy to use. highly recommend
I would have given it five stars but I never give a perfect review for anything. there very helpful when you don't have a lot of strength in your hands. the ratchet part takes a lot of that out of the equation. I actually cut twigs and branches that were almost an inch in diameter with much less effort than I would with a traditional pruning shear.
