Excellent service and yummy cupcakes
Bakery called me to let me know their printer was down and asked if it would be okay if they did the RedSox details by hand instead. I said yes. Honestly, I think it came out better this way! They did great and I was so thankful they tried rather than just saying the printer was down. Also, they were delicious.

I orderes one thing but got another. The bakery called and said they couldnt do what I wanted because the machine was broken. But what I got was great and just as good as what I wanted . So thank you

Misleading or misunderstanding ?
The main picture makes it seem like cupcakes will be MLB logo and also some with baseball ring. My local Walmart said they only do the logo when ordered online under this item. No baseball ring themed cupcakes. Definitely confusing.

Dodgers logo wasn't cut correctly, very sloppy and embarrassing. Its not hard to cut a circle logo

Poor communication
The day of picking up the MLB team cupcakes that I selected was not available per Walmart employee the printer that prints edible image was not working. Poor communication and the birthday sup ride was ruined.
