One of the most comfortable mattresses that I have ever purchased

I got a twin size for my daughter. The shipping was very fast. It was packed very well. The memory foam helps support the body and soft enough to make it comfortable. The mattress comes with a removable cover that make it easy to clean. My daughter loves it.

I wasn’t sure at first about this mattress and then it came and I opened it up per the instructions , after it puffed all the way up I was extremely surprised at how nice and soft the covering over the mattress is and the mattress itself is heavenly . My mother in law loves it and thinks it’s fantastic , she slept like a baby on it and slept so good she couldn’t stop telling me about it . Grace

I have been looking at several different brands of memory foam mattresses either as toppers or just by themselves. I wanted to see how this one would hold up on our twin guest bed. I have to say this is the best quality for its size. The thickness is great and it is awesome to have this for guests. In Florida it is important to have the cooling gel to keep cool at night. I will now heavily consider buying one for my King bed.

I got tired of guest complaining about my pullout sofa all the time . So i got rid of it and pulled out an out hospital bed out of my shed and added this mattress to it and made it a day bed with old couch cushions . I was weary with some of the reviews about smell but decided to try it anyway . well after unpacking noticed no smell and it fluffed out in a few minutes but i let it settle for the 24 hours it suggested . so far no complaint from any of my guests . tried it out myself and it is pretty good . will be adding a few bins for extra storage underneath in the future .

Put this on a guest room bed, quite comfortable! Gave it 4 hours to fill from being compressed, but it didn’t need that much time. Everyone who tried this mattress found it suitable. Ideal for my spare bedroom when guests stay with me. I’d buy it again. Twin size came in a very manageable box, no tying it to roof!

This review is for the EGO Memory Foam 8 inch Medium Firm Mattress Bed in a Box Green Tea and Cooling Gel Infused CertiPUR-US Certified Mattress. The mattress in a twin size weighs about 31 pounds and is fairly easy to carry into the house to unbox. It was not difficult to unravel once taken out of the box and rapidly reflated after the plastic wrapping it is packaged in was removed. According to the instructions it takes up to 24 hours for the mattress to reach full thickness before it can be used. But, it was fully inflated within several hours and was used the first night we got it. My wife suffers from hip and back pain. She found that the mattress has enough give to it to allow her to get a decent night’s sleep. The one thing she noticed is that it does get a little warm. I tried it for a short time and found that it is a pretty firm mattress. We have a firm innerspring mattress and there isn’t much difference between it and the EGO Memory Foam Mattress. My wife is very happy with this mattress and wants to purchase a queen size for our bed. If she is happy then I am happy as well.j

I was initially very excited to switch from my spring mattress to this memory foam mattress, and a huge bonus that it comes in a compacted box, easy to order. I let it rest one day out of the box to rise to full size. It is quite firm but a soft memory foam. However I found it very hard to adjust from having a spring mattress, there’s not a lot of bounce or ‘forgiveness’ and it can be hard to move if you turn sides a lot like I do. It was also causing me to sweat more at night. I am going to put it in my guest room. Great convenience for a mattress in a box and will be quite comfortable for my guests, but it’s just not working for me as a full time mattress.

This memory foam mattress is just not a good fit for me. I meticulously followed the unpacking directions to a tee to avoid damaging it. I let it decompress and breathe on the floor in my living room for the recommended 48 hours (24-48). Even after 48 hours, the chemical odor is still present. It isn't as pungent as was as first, but I can still smell it. I placed it on the daybed in my guest room and made up the bed as usual, taking care to use a waterproof mattress pad under the fitted sheet to properly protect the mattress from moisture. I experienced one of the worst nights of sleep in my life. It's much too warm for my liking and was drenched in sweat by morning. I expected it to provide contouring support, but it felt like I was sleeping on a slab of concrete. My back was not happy for several days. Memory foam just isn't for me.
