This swing is fantastic! Very easy to assemble (heavy, heavy duty) . I had an issue with the first box that was delivered and they were on top of it quickly. Their customer service is top notch. A replacement was shipped lightning FAST! My 11 yr old enjoyed the pictures on the assembly insert. She put it together without much help. I had to tighten each section as we went along but, hey we got to work together.. My children and many neighborhood friends have claimed this swing as “the best summer toy”. They all take turns spinning and pretending they are baby birds! ***10/10 GET THIS SWING ***

My daughter got this as a gift was very sturdy easy to put together with a little bit of difficulty. But once put together and hung up, it was very sturdy and she could swing all around on it on nicely.

It's been up in our back yard for two days now and our 12 year old granddaughter LOVES IT! It is hanging from our tree we call Big Ben and it's actually the most time she's spent outside since the pandemic. When it arrived it came with the wrong pipe, we got two A's instead of an A and a D. Pipes are labeled for easy assembly, A-D. Customer service was very friendly and promptly sent us the D pipe. I think we received it within 3 or 4 days. Seriously so much fun, so happy she's outside again!

Best trapeze swing ever! We hung ours from a tall branch so the kids could spin and fly! Unique.

Swing is great. Kids can stand

The kiddos love this swing! I had my 14 y/o grandson assemble it for me. We hung it from our existing wooden swing set (had to improvise a little but we got it on there!) I think maybe this would be good to hang on a big ol' tree branch, too! Its sturdy and seems to be well made. The kids get a kick out of being able to spin and swing at the same time. Get it!! I don't think you'll be sorry !!

I purchased this swing as a Christmas gift for my great-granddaughters so it hasn't been opened. I'm hoping it's wonderful and they get a lot of use out of it. The box is very heavy. I'm relying on Sam's Club to have quality merchandise. Hard to rate an item that hasn't been used.

Delivered with missing parts, no response to emails. Very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift

got this to put out Christmas morning for my daughter. unfortunately, it is missing a piece and cannot be used until i have the seat piece. im hoping i can just get the missing part instead of returning the whole item.
