If you are on a diet this item is perfect for getting your A1C into a range your doctor will scold you about. Is one handful enough? NEVER!

They were shipped from Sellocity LLC 2/3 rds are melted and many more are broken. They also smell bad. I would NOT recommend these unless they are coming from your local Walmart.
