Good variety pack to hand out for Halloween. Prices kind of high but ALL the candy was high regardless of the brand.

Only received 6 peanut M%26M's
I was surprised that I only received six peanut M%26Ms out of that entire bag, when all the other candies had at least 15

Terrible service.
The robot phone answerers are pathetic. They do not understand what you are saying and immediately say they will switch you to an associate who never answers the phone, When I try to go to the Operator she/he doesn't answer either. Both of these lines just ring and ring. Then another non-person comes on the line and says the call volume is greater than usual so [please call back later. I spent 2 hours calling back later with no answers on the phones!!! this was all to fine out why my order shopping had not been started!!! Where is the manager that he lets the phones go unanswered? I owned two retail stores and we prided ourselves on ggod customer service.

I don't agree with the substitution. It's less candy for the same price. Plus I originally ordered all chocolate. The substitution is not all chocolate.
