Back when I played tournament softball, i spent hundreds on gloves over the years. the quality was decent, but the gloves often required a lot of breaking in. About 8 years ago, my name brand gloves came apart just before a game. I stopped at a Walmart and picked up a $30 Mizuno and have been using it ever since. Recently, I started playing adult baseball and decided it was time for a new glove. i found this particular glove at my local store, but didn't buy it initially. I went back and took a second look. even though it was brand new, the leather was not stiff, and I was able to close it rather easily. I ended up purchasing it. other than wrapping it ariund a baseball for a few days, I haven't had to do much. I played my first game at shortstop today, and the glove was perfect. I would have to say for the price, you can't beat it. I would definitely recommend it.

Great glove for my 11 year old that plays softball! Does need to be broke into a bit, but great quality!

This ball glove is great the fit is good and the value is good. It takes quite a bit to break it on, which I guess is normal for all of them.

I would recommend this glove for a 9-13 year old looking for a glove that would be good to go right away. It is a thinner quality and I don't think would hold up for years and years to come but seems as though the break in period would be very quick. Would not recommend as a long term, long lasting glove but good for a quick, shorter period.
