Mobil 1 Extended Performance M1-204A Oil Filter

I use in my 2005 Audi A4 3.0 V6 Convertible. I'm impressed how massive and heavy this filter is, gives the impression of being well made and good quality. I've been using the same model since I got the car, 23k miles ago (and 4 years of ownership now). I rather put a new one every oil change than leave it in for the next 15k miles, and I like pairing it with 5W40 Mobil1 Euro Formula since it complies with VW 00 502/00 505 requirements.

I've been using Mobil One Full Synthetic Extended Performance Motor Oil in 4 different vehicles for many years now. Walmart seems to always have the lowest prices available.

The product itself is fine. However, Walmarts vehicle match program needs to be revamped. It doesn't fit the vehicle and states it does. This is annoying and frustrating because we have to make two trips instead of one. You would think a multibillion dollar company would have this figured out by now. But nope they don't.

I bought this ( as recommended by Mobil and Walmart ) to fit my 3.5 liter '08 Chrysler, which it does not. I could not return it, as I had prefilled it, then found it had the wrong inlet size. I had to buy another filter that fit and more oil to fill my car to replace what I wasted. Hoping it fits my other vehicle at it's next oil change (will check before). This is not Walmart's fault, I checked with Mobil before buying, it has a 3/4" inlet size my engine has a 22mm inlet, while they listed both as fitting (not possible) wish I had known (how) to check that beforehand.

It's not what I ordered - ordered the M****A filter, the M****A is what was pulled and delivered to me. Correct item was in stock, but if I have to go in the store and find it myself there's not much point in using the app and pickup option. Pretty irritated that a 5-minute errand turned into a much longer one.

Plainly stated: Check your oil filter right away when it is delivered. Seems like another customer had the same issue that I did. Someone is swapping out Select Tech oil filters in place of these better ones. The one I got was dented and used, never got the Mobil 1 Filter. Be aware, nothing wrong with product when you actually get the right one.
