Mobil 1 Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid, 1 Quart

Napa and O'Reilly's don't carry this product. Was happy to see that Walmart did. Been using this product for 40,000 miles. Transmission running strong at 184,000 miles.

This is what I use exclusively in my 2001 F250, 7.3 motor, with the 4R100 transmission. After replacing, the transmission 125k ago, this is what I've used and it hasn't failed me yet despite heavy towing. I do a flush every 30k and also have a Moshimoto oversized cooler which I'm sure helps. I'll keep buying this stuff.

As good or better than any other transmission fluid out there. You can never go wrong with Mobil 1 products!

Been using this in my 2013 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner power steering since new as soon as I brought it home with 17 miles on it. I flush it out every 50,000 miles, and just did a 4th time at 190,000 miles this week. Never had a leak or problem ever! I also do the same with rear axle MOBIL1 75W 90 gear oil every 50,000 miles and did that also this week. I run only MOBIL 1 FULL SYNTHETIC 5W-30 every 5000 miles since new. I only wish they also would make a MOBIL1 WS Toyota Full Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid also!

Great product, found it cheaper on other websites but they had no stock. So decided to pay a little more and had it 2 days later!

Item was specific to my application. Not general like other formulations. It is a tried and true product for me.

Used this to flush my 2008 4runner Limited power steering(most toyotas require Dexron III ATF for PS systems, but check your manual to confirm). The steerinh is silky smooth, zero noise and I was able to remove all of the old fluid with 1.5 Quarts of this ATF. Mobil 1 ATF is a time tested product formulated for extreme environments/applications. Its performance is second to none. Very pleased as im sure you will be.

Mobil One has been tested and is one of the best on the market. Myself always use the synthetic type. Generally, synthetic fluids are more expensive, but they offer better performance. Also, it's a lot more durable when used with higher temperatures. But with older car models, it's better to choose a conventional fluid. This is especially true if you've never used a synthetic fluid on your transmission before.

Boy does this stuff smell. The more additives the ATF has the smellier it is. My cabin smelt for a week before it finally went away. My transmission runs much smoother now but to be honest it was way overdue. Changed from Dexron III to full synthetic Mobil 1. Next time I'll try Vavoline Maxlife synthetic as it's cheaper and gets good reviews from other car enthusiasts.
