It is a download. No refund from Walmart
No recommended at all!... We did not know it was a download. There is no refund from Walmart. The program is web base and requires a yearly subscription. If you do not use the serial number and use a trial code, there is suppose to be a refund. We called the manufacturer. They said refunds must be submitted via email. We submitted the request and are getting the run around from [email protected].

Not as advertised
I created a sample app online and waited for approval and still haven't received it. Been over a week, this is not a way to run a business. I would not refer this product to anyone.
