Love it!
I absolutely love this stuff! After so many failed attempts at online recipes, I raised the white flag and threw in the towel. Then one night of late-night scrolling, I came across Mochi Foods Malasada Mix and figured it probably would suck but at least its a pre-mix and I wouldn't have to deal with so many dishes. This stuff blew me away! The directions are simple and easy to follow. The texture is great. You really get that comforting bread texture but the satisfying bouncy chew from the mochi.
