Perfect product. Not one thing wrong, and was packaged well. Directions were easy to follow. Quality is definitely excellent. I only had one gripe and its the stow away position. However, it has a locknut washer, and if you just back it out a 1/4 turn, it will be much easier to handle. Honestly, product should be near $400.

love this it has everything all there including locks so i dont have to worry about someone taking it...

Very sturdy and only took a few minutes to put together. I would use a socket set to assemble and not the tools that they send you. The waterproof bag is a lot bigger than we thought it was going to be so it will hold a lot of our luggage for trips. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very solid system. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet but during assembly I could tell it was well made. The cheesy wrenches that came with it were useless so have a good set of wrenches and sockets set for assembly.

The size was my only issue it is super easy to assemble and very well built. Great buy but it is very narrow so limited to size it will hold

Awesome product but the only thing is the Velcro came off the weather proof bag the first use but it's not going to effect it's functionality

Just what was expected but the straps were rather cheap. We will buy new straps.

Good looking, easy to assemble. Concerns with design, significant amount of play vertically and horizontally. Could be improved with a threaded hitch pin design to eliminate some/most of the play.

See the pictures. It's not even and not aligned. I have tired all screws.
