Great sound! Simple setup, although there were not alot of instructions. Gave it to my In-laws for Christmas and spent hours of fun on New Years! Comes with a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer :)

I purchased the Mockins Wireless Microphones as a Christmas present for my two granddaughters. The navy microphone head was separated from the body. We contacted Mockins customer service and they quickly sent a replacement - free shipping. Their customer service was great and a pleasure to work with. Both granddaughters are performing totally awesome entertainment. Charge the microphones via USB to recharge the battery.

They came poorly packaged and I was suppose to get a red one and a navy one, instead I received two navy ones. I'm not sure how they work yet, as they are gifts.

it was dented by the plug to charge it.

Both mics had dents. One was clearly used. So will be returning both- along with another mic that stopped working after 1 day. Sigh…

head of mic broke off! if I could give less than 1 star I would. return policy is a joke! tried to glue pieces back together after I found the return policy had expired and it work for a hot minute.
