I'm very excited to get resin and play with these alcohol inks. I wanted to finish the project prior to reviewing but I wasn't able to get the resin in time. These colors are beautiful though and I can't see how these wouldn't work perfectly. It only takes 1 to 2 drops per once of resin, so I can't imagine not having enough to last a very long time. I'm so excited for this arts and crafts project.
I love pink everything… princess potion is a prefect name for these inks. I used these inks with Resin to create brighter colors in my art. Each color is super-saturated for rich, vibrant hues throughout your resin projects. Every bottle of alcohol ink comes with a dropper tip perfect for easily adding color to specific parts of your creation. All you need is 1 or 2 drops and the alcohol smell is a little strong but not overwhelming. I mixed the ink with blue glitter and it turned the resin purple. Inks are a must have to add brightness to your art.
This mod podge resin galaxy 2pack is beautiful colors. Definitely easy to use. You just add a couple drops of the resin and mod podge together . It's to paint and stain wood . This is beautiful on un stained wood . Really gives your wood a galaxy look.
I really like these, but read the instructions I messed up my first batch by not measuring how much resin I was using. You only need 1-2 drops per oz for a deep color I would go max 3. It mixes easily, just beware if you use too much your project might not set. I also like that they have an easy use dropper with a secure lid.
Verrryyy pigmented, will stain and and everything but the colors are gorgeous, swirl the black and purple around add some glitter for stars and you have the perfect galaxy color swirl for any resin crafts you might make. Does come out of the bottle fast so be sure you test it a few times to get used to the flow.
These pink colors are beautiful. These mod podge resin alcohol inks are definitely so much fun to paint with . It comes with two princess potion pink and medium pink. All you do is put a little mod podge in a cup then add drops according to how dark or light you want the color to be. I actually used a plastic cup to pour the mod podge in , then added the drop into the cup . I used a popsicle stick to mix it up well . Then I painted my wood leaf. It turned out so pretty . Super easy activity .
This seems to be a good way to color your mod podge. I will say, I used these in mod podge, as directed, on wooden coaster molds. It did cause the color to bleed where it wasn't supposed to into the wood, but otherwise worked well. Very easy to use-it wasn't a problem to just get one or two drops out.
This Mod Podge resin alcohol ink came in lovely Fun Brights , Red & Navy Blue, These two color Was amazing for diluting and mixing into my little paint Since he love to mix and stir ingredients I decided to let him create his own color To paint on a wooden canvas which was a treat for him. Con: it stains so beware and be very careful Also a little goes a loong way.
My kids really enjoyed making some coasters with these colors. They worked just like instructions said. There is plenty left to make a lot more. It says on the front that they are an eye irritant, flammable and harmful if swallowed so be sure to help younger kids if working with this!
I have been doing resin art for almost a year now and this was my first time using alcohol inks. It was for sure a learning curve. At first I just mixed it in the cup like the bottle said and it took a lot to make any difference in color. After watching videos on other ways to use this I found out what worked for me. So it works and works well for resin but you might have to do some research first to find a method that works for you.
