This will take you several hours to install. Use a drill to help with all the cam screws but put the clutch with a low enough setting so that they do not go in too far. Everything was there, directions were clear and all fit together well. Dresser drawers slide great and dresser is very sturdy.

Seems like it could possibly be a decent purchase but the dresser came in a box that was halfway destroyed and missing the parts to put it together that are supposed to be in the box (possibly missing due to damaged box) Customer service offered replacement parts but never shipped them which they say was because i said their shipping times are too long because i wanted to have it ready before family was in town but instead of confirming to send the parts or verify if I still needed them, they chose to not respond to my email. I asked for a refund and yet again no response. All in all, customer service was not the best an i am unable to accurately review a complete product because of it. The box is completely damaged to the point where the return would just have to be loose pieces. Also the styrofoam packing material is a headache to clean. They also asked for pictures of the missing parts which puzzled me.

I really wanted to love this product I like the design and t was the look I was looking for . I wanted to leave no stars at all but that was not an option. I am giving this dresser no stars as the material is very cheap and falls apart very easily. I am still unable to get my return processed as they require pictures etc. I have never had an issue with returns at walmart. I will now have to pay very close attention to these sellers and their return/refund policy. $200 gone! This is very disheartening and out right ridiculous ! I don't typically write reviews but needed others to know not to waste their valuable hard earned money on this product.

Dresser pieces appeared frágil. After we started to assemble we noticed a broken board that was needed for support to the drawer. Other pieces broke of when we screwed it in. Seller has yet to respond

this furniture is GARBAGE!!! Fell apart after following directions, completing assembly and trying to move it to my bedroom the whoke thing fell apart!!! I WILL BE REQUESTING A REFUND!!!

Got frustrated with paste board wood and threw it in dumpster because assembly screws would rip out of pre drilled holes during assembly. Never could assemble it so I threw contents out. Will never again purchase furniture in a no to assemble.
