Still new but these look great. “Seemingly” good quality! Price was wonderful. We bought 2 of the 3 person couches. Love the larger center console area.

Very comfortable and I'm 6'5”

material is tough/stiff but think it'll soften up as it's used

Few complaints however overall recliners are great ( ordered two ) complaints are separate but does have to do with the order of recliners allow me to explain placed the order for two recliners black in color, leather, both orders got lost in transit going to Ohio our location first update of shipping information was South Carolina to Georgia back to South Carolina to California to New Mexico then Illinois and Ohio so they took a bit longer than expected possibly expect approximately 4 days longer for the delivery process, once delivered the driver asked wife if someone can help with carrying the recliners from the truck wife had got me to help assist the driver with carrying, she had mentioned one moment while he gets shoes on, driver did not wait one moment driver left our front door, porch in the meantime of putting on two shoes went back to the delivery truck, she open the sliding rear door and rolled each recliner out the back approximately 3 ft in height to the street no dolly pushed out to the street wife open the screen door which is see through has glass window and asked the delivery driver if she has a dolly meanwhile I'm going out the screen door the delivery driver did not answer the question my wife asked about dolly, but yet the delivery driver is now flipping the recliners across the street end over end no dolly I ran off the porch out to the street and helped carry both recliners to the house wife and I was very disappointed with how the delivery process was handled with no care of someone else's new purchased belongings for the expense but overall the recliners are again great, soft enough but not to soft but I wouldn't say firm, both do recline if preferred way back, material of the leather seems like a good material and yes I would recommend the recliners if your looking to purchase recliners just rethink about shipping if possible and delivery is unacceptable again with no care but not everyone's experience is the same so consider reading all reviews my experience is my experience cause with all reviews we did purchase so we can provide possible valuable information that may help decide thank you and god bless!

I bought this with the recliner, overall I'd be satisfied but the loveseat came without the back between the recliners. now I have to return that loveseat and wait for another. A big pain and over Christmas we have already moved the old couch out

Couch is very nice looking, well made, material is nice similarly of real leather, does recline, center does fold up and down which is nice and large, only complaint is very firm must be willing to want a firm couch and arm rest set lower then most but for the price a overall good couch would recommend but is firm

dont advertise that its a lazy boy when its not !!!!!

Does not recline and return; will not lock in place when trying to get out of it.
