Great product. I have used this since the early 90's.

My husband purchased the 1.5 oz. size of the exact same product at a local store (not Walmart), and the product worked well. It was much more potent, and effective. Since then, I have tried two of the larger yield boxes (3.25 oz) of Swiss Kriss, and have found them to be less effective than the smaller sized product. It makes me wonder if the quality differs depending on which size you buy, since the smaller sized product is actually more expensive (ounce for ounce), than this larger sized Swiss Kriss product.

I mix SK flakes with psyllium and acacia fiber in a12 oz glass of water with 2-3 oz of aloe vera juice 1 & 1/2 hours before lunch. I follow this with another glass of water or tea. It fills me up and acts as a catylist to good bowel movements and a healthy intestinal tract. I have been doing this for 15-20 years and am happy with the results. Highly Recommended.

I have used Swiss Kriss for years. Needless to say, I love it. However, I use it to steam my face once a week.What I also appreciate it that it was well packed and arrived within a few days. So, thank you Swanson

I have used this product for several years. My body has not become resistant to it like other products I have used including Senna and Milk of Magnesia.

As long as my Wife love its quality, that good to me. If She happy makes me happy.
