Came packed very well. No missing parts. Instructions were a bit vague, but thankfully my husband was mechanically inclined and figured them out. Took two people 6.5 hours to get it together. Watch how you install the rods that the curtains hang on; instructions were not super clear but the rods go towards the inside of the gazebo. Otherwise, super pleased with this product and it looks fantastic!

It took 2 people 4 hours to complete. Love the look. Only thing wish it had was gutters, but that is easy add on. I bought 2 and put side by side.

The product arrived properly packed and well secured which i truly appreciate. Nothing is more frustrating than spending money and dented product. True to its word, the manual says it's a 6 - 8 hour assembly process and thats exactly what it took. My suggestion is stick to the manual. It's clear and staright forward so theres not alot of room to mess it up. The one thing I will say is that during the roof assembly portion, the holes for the screws wouldn't always align properly as if the holes that the screws go into weren't placed properly during manufacturing. All in all though it has rained since I finished assembling the gazebo and Im pleased to say other than a few drop spatter that found their way from the roof opening, no water found its way inside. It is a well crafted product and well worth the price. If your looking for a cozy place to gather with the family, look no further.

My husband and I put this up ourselves. Came in 3 very heavy boxes. Follow the instructions step by step and it will come out perfectly. It looks so nice and we have gotten so many compliments on it. Others are wanting to get one!

Gazebo was delivered earlier than expected delivery date. Boxes are very heavy. Well packed. No missing parts. Easy to understand instructions, written and pictures. It took us a weekend to assemble because it was just 2 of us and there are lots of pieces and screws but went together smoothly. Battery screw driver is a must for assembly. We attached it to concrete for stability. Seems very sturdy. We added lights, chairs %26 a fire pit for the perfect outdoor space! Finished product looks really nice and can't wait to use it!

Overall it’s a very nice gazebo! It came with a few scratches on it which I was not happy about. Took my boyfriend and I two days to put it together but it was worth it!

Item arrived with only boxes 2/4 %26 3/4, how are you to build something while missing two complete boxes? I had scheduled install of this 3 days after delivery and now I am screwed.

The shipment was broken up into three separate deliveries. The first two were fine. The last one was left in the yard and had notable damage and bends.

It’s nice looking I’ve got it up but I’m missing Parts I don’t have the parts to install the shelves. Missing brackets I’ve notified the company and have not heard anything back at this point hopefully this might get them to respond and I’ll change my rating if that happens. It’s a nice gazebo. But anything you buy should have good customer support.

The seller coco06 are a fraud. Fake shipping history. You will receive updates that it was delivered. When you report them to Walmart, they talk to walmart as though it is still in route after posting its delivered. Contact me saying give us 48 more hours. Still no shipment after a week and then will not return your message. Glad walmart helped.
