Purchased 2 new sets for the bath with different designs. All nice and soft and not thin. Got them on a good sale and very well worth it!

Lost in the mail
Unfortunately, the towels never arrived; they have been lost somewhere in California, according to the tracking service. Regardless of this inconvenient, the seller was quick to respond my inquiry and reimbursed my purchase, that's the reason for the 3/5 score.

Stop stealing my money.
Substitutions for items are crazy. For instance, pop 12 packs when they would give you 2 six packs for the price of the 12 pack. That was fine. Now they substitute 2 six packs and charge you for the higher price of the single 6 packs. I'm tired of being taken advantage of!

Not blue
I ordered the blue... In the picture online it looks exactly light blue. Perfect for my bathroom. Opened bag and they are exactly grey with a blue grey tint. Not light blue. Thin towels. Not what Im used to. TJmaxx has better towels.
