Great customer service!
Item is very nice but seller is even better. Our headboard arrived cracked from shipping and the seller responded immediately to my emails and sent out a new one within the week. Was incredibly impressed with their customer. Service would definitely buy from them again.

It's really good
I love this bed frame, it's better than I expected it to be. The wood is really good.

Bad quality
The bed came with scratches and dings all over it. It did not lay completely flat when put together. I reached out to the company to return it and they never responded to me.
