Super cute bed frame. I just wish it was a little more sturdy. some of the slates started to split when putting it together. the lights are the perfect brightness and easy to attach

This bed frame arrived broken with a damaged shipping box. I reached out to the seller for a return and at first they agreed to it, then they said they would only offer $15 when this cost me over $70. I have been communicating back and forth with them for several days and they are unhelpful. Walmart is unable to assist because it is a third-party seller. I am out $70 and the seller will not refund me the money I paid. Terrible customer service!
