one of the panels was bent. I called the number to call for any problems but the %23 didn't work. I was very disappointed because it was a gift. I had to apologize for the bent panel to make friend. I hope that it can be replaced. the shipping box was damag d and so was the item.

I love my guard arch. I bought it during the winter. I just got it put up. It looks very beautiful in my backyard and I can't wait to put my flowering vines around it I know it's gonna look beautiful. I'm very happy with the look of it. If I had more room, I would buy another one very satisfied.

I really love my art. It cable with all of the parts that when necessary to put it together one of the pipes had been kind of crushed and so I had to use a another pipe to open it up so that I could fit the two pieces together. It is perfect for my garden entry.. I couldn't believe how perfectly it fit. I may have to block up at the gate because the entry point is on the lawn, there's minimal clearance for the gate swing. Gret value for the money. I am happy with my purchase.

We moved into a new place and home. We wanted a fence gate. We bought this. We assembled it in two hours. Placed in the new garden in the back yard. Wow, it is perfect. Look at the picture. We love it

very sturdy, easy install, much nicer and prettier than expected. ordering a 5 one for our vine.

The assembly would have been much easier if the parts were labeled with what part number they were. This would have kept me from having to backtrack when i realized i used the opposite side. The gate doesn't line up perfectly but that may be partially related to uneven ground. Overall not a bad option for a relatively inexpensive price.

For the price, it is a nice looking arbor. It is not very strong, but will work great for the area of the yard that I want to put it. Assembly was easy for 1 person to do. The negative is that there were some hardware parts missing. I contacted the phone number that was included but the representative said they were unable to find my order and could not help me. I tried the email address and it would not send. We are using some spare parts that we had to hold the gate together.
