I've used the product for many years then suddenly I couldn't find it in any health food store for a number of years until I looked for it on-line and Wal-Mart had it. It definitely helps strengthen my Immune System.

Recommended by holistic vet to help alleviate itching in my pup. Read about the powerful immune modulating effects and am not taking this, myself, for that very purpose. So far, it seems to be very effective for both the pup and myself.

I bought it because it was said to boost immunity and help the skin. It's a shame that it's sold out often because the ingredients are good, but everything else is good. I got it as a renewed product.

I was put onto Moducare in South Africa about 24 years ago, by my Specialist when I could not get on top of my Lupus. That's how long it has given me a 'normal lifestyle' !! When I moved to Australia, I could not find Moducare here so had to rely on friends coming and going to SAfrica to bring me back supplies of Moducare. With Covid, nobody was travelling overseas. After not feeling great for the last 9 - 12 months, I had a blood test which showed that my Lupus has returned but thankfully in a low count. My family found your Moducare on the internet and thankfully I am now back on my daily dose. I can feel the difference already. I cannot recommend Moducare enough. It is the only medication I take to keep my Lupus under control. Hope you continue stocking it. Thank You !

Item received well and realized packaging is very good. This really help me to fill my body deficiency. Size of pills are also small so very easy to have it regularly without problems.

I wanted to like this product but it caused severe itching which I could not tolerate.
