Great couch and amazing customer service! The couch is soft, comfortable, and fairly easy to assemble. Would recommend 2 people. I did it solo for most, but attaching the backs to the base on some of them was pretty difficult with 1 person, however it went smooth with 2. Directions were awesome (By the way..directions will be in your A box..I found that out the hard way). We had 2 faded marks on both ottoman cushions when we received them, and after emailing customer service they were so quick with their response. They asked us to try and clean it first with step by step instructions,but it didn't work. I sent them a couple of pictures, and since troubleshooting didn't work we had 2 new covers sent to us with a quick turn around.
