Good for what it is.
So getting the plus size I started by measuring and by measurements it came out to around 52 inches. as expected for it given it stretches up to 62. Now the thing comes in that it doesn't feel like it may go 62 inches. I have been unable to fully measure it stretched out but it goes around 57 inches with some stretch. feeling very tight when adding in the two tightening straps. So is it good? actually yes. however not a proper replacement for a real rigid back brace. There are no added pieces just the brace itself. Given that does it work? So far with my testing yes. It does. It works as you would expect given everything. With noticeable pressure where needed on the lower back.

Superior Fit For Smaller Frames
I have tried 3 different name brand back braces and this one is by far the best one. I'm a size XS-S and it fits very well on my tiny frame. All the others that were size S always fit a little too big so I had to continually adjust them to get the proper support. Thank you for making a back brace for smaller women, I will definitely repurchase this item when the time comes.

An overall well-constructed back brace.
This back brace is helpful; however, I feel that it isn't as supportive as I thought it should be. It does help, but not as much as I thought it would. It is a decent back brace, though overall. It seems to be constructed well, and it arrived quickly and was packaged well. Thank you.

Nice brace but
This back brace is made well. Unfortunately it's a snug fit and there's no reason for the small to not fit my tiny waist. I have to say it's best to size up
