Pretty and Disappointing
We ordered two chairs, and both had obvious signs of use and damage; we didn't fully unbox or assemble either. One chair, the first arm we unwrapped, was broken, and the seat was stained. The Velcro backing wasn't even straight, so it's an obviously used item. The 2nd chair had multiple stains on the seat and back cushions; we didn't bother unboxing the rest. Disappointing because the Taupe Walnut is really pretty. Not worth reordering if the "performance fabric" is already stained and used by someone else who decided to return it after staining it. One chair you might overlook and reorder, but two?
