The table was very well packed. The finish is high ‘gloss', smooth to the touch and appears to be quiet durable. This tulip style table is sleek, the classic modern styling will never go out of style. It took less than five minutes to put together once each piece was carefully removed from its secure packaging. Unlike a round table top, the oval styling lends to more space saving opportunities, I would have ordered the next size up had I truly mapped it out. Overall, this was a fantastic purchase.

Just received this yesterday and couldn't be happier. It was crated and packed perfectly so there wasn't any damage. The base is so sturdy to ensure no tipping. Trying to tell the difference between this and a piece from DWR would be insanely difficult. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Easy to assemble and very representative of how it is advertised. The oval tabletop shape fits my narrow space great. I'm very happy with this product and am glad I picked the wood top instead of the faux marble.

The table is nice but it's so narrow. I would suggest measuring your area before purchase. This is great for tight areas. My breakfast area is big and it looks kind of funny with a small table. I received the base in a timely fashion but I received the top two days later.

I bought this table for my small eat-in kitchen area. It arrived within 3-4 weeks, very reasonable, I think. The packing was just amazing! The top came in a large flat box and the base came in a wooden framed box with all the hardware for assembly. Both well cushioned with styrofoam. So well packaged that it was all in perfect condition when it arrived! I was thinking that the packing and shipping cost more than the table! The walnut wood and stain color of the top is beautiful and the base is heavy as heck and the finish is flawless. All exactly as pictured on the site. My only negative comment is that the varnish on the top is slightly cloudy. But, Please! I can live with that! I feel like a schmuck even mentioning it for the price!

This is the perfect size for our family of 4 to slide into our L-shaped banquette/breakfast nook for casual meals, hanging out while I cook dinner, playing games, etc. It has a clean look that works with our recently-updated, but not uber modern kitchen. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because we first received a damaged base and had to wait for a replacement and deal with all that. Also, don't wash the top with a scouring sponge, we already created a few scratches...
