It was easy to put together and good quality

I ordered this bed to replace a regular bed frame. The instructions recommend 2 people to assemble, however the company never met a 74 year old, very determined widow. I began work using the allen wrenches included and soon figured it would go much quicker if I got allen wrench bits for me electric drill. Assembly was then piece of cake. I love the way it looks and assembly was not nearly as daunting as I expected. All of the pieces for assembly were included.

Went together smoothly. The plastic brackets and slats seem to take forever but once I got a system down it went surprisingly quickly. It's best to have your own tools rather than the freebies it comes with.

Would have giving it 5 stars but one of the screw holes was off so I couldnt use it.

Fairley easy to put together

Needed a bed frame for mattress only and this one looked good and was relatively inexpensive. I liked that it was available in several colors - I got the grey. it was easy to assemble and included the hex wrench that was needed. Only negative is that I was not aware it was shipped in 2 boxes, and I was initially upset that the legs were missing (the were delivered later the same day). Looks good and is quite comfortable.

My teenage son set it up all by himself. Good price for a bed! Only draw back is that the slats that hold up the mattress is a flimsy wood. But the metal frame is solid!

If I had a truck I would take it back

The package arrived but the legs were missing I am still waiting for an answer so they can send me the legs

Came missing parts!!! Needed for weekend of guests. Sent second one still missing parts . Stick to Zinus products 5 stars I will buy all my frames from them near future. What a nightmare.
