My nephew thought he was going to need a special tool to install. Not so, done less than 5 minutes.

Purchased and installed Moen faucet with sprayer. Original sprayer kept leaking from the head. Tightened everything, still leaked. Online research indicated this is most likely due to a faulty diverter, and the entire sprayer (hose and head) needs to be replaced. This replacement worked perfectly, no more leaks.

We've had this faucet under two years and the sprayer got stuck. Unable to use and seems difficult to replace. Hate they we will have to replace the entire faucet due to this faulty sprayer. Such a waste. Our last faucet in our old home lasted 10 years and that was a Moen put in by the builder. Quality of these new products seem worthless for the amount money spent to purchase. Very frustrating.

Love the faucet, but the sprayer is absolutely terrible. Same situation as everyone else. The sprayer is stuck and if I tried to use then it just stays on. It is unusable. Love moen products, but why is there so many complaints with the same thing. On top of that I can't even buy a new handle. I have to buy the hose as well which I don't need. Plus I can't find the nickel finish at all as a replacement. Can I get any help hear?

Faucet is great, however the weak link is the side sprayer. Think this is the 3rd time i will need to replace the side sprayer 136103SL due to lever button always being stuck in open position. At one point i was unable to use actual faucet due to sprayer being active. The build/mechanism on the sprayer is very poor, as testified by the many poor reviews. Unfortunately it is not easy to just replace sprayer with a different brand.

I am having the same issue with the sprayer and I just looked here on the website for a replacement sprayer but it is sold out. Probably because everyone who purchases this sprayer has the same issue. What do I need to do to get a replacement? Please help. Thank you.

Like so many others here - the side sprayer would stick. Unfortunately, the actual handle on the sprayer finally broke. This is a very poor quality product, which is surprising for Moen, as all my other faucets/sprayers have worked flawlessly for years.
