Moen 7185SRS Brantford 1 Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Power Spot Resist Stainless

We have installed the beautiful Brantford Chrome kitchen faucet and it is a wonderful addition to our home décor. Even my husband is amazed at how smooth this faucet operates. The best feature is the pull down sprayer - it handles so easily. In the past I've had to wait for weeks for the hose to “break” in, but the Brantford was immediate. I thought it would take a while to get use to the long arc, but that was immediate as well. Thank you Moen, you have made my life easier.

Absolutely love this faucet. It is tall enough to fit under any size pot and just so easy to use. Pulls out to clean all around my 9 inch deep, 32 inch wide single sink and goes right back into place. May have to give it an extra twist to make certain it is completely locked in place, but that is no big deal. Powerful water force makes for easy clean up and the button to turn it into a sprayer is so easy to use. This faucet hits in the center of my sink where the drain is. As a result there is no splashing outside of sink. Most importantly, the oil rubbed bronze finish is just gorgeous and so easy to wipe clean. Please Moen do not discontinue this color finish.

Installed in existing stainless sink. Easiest faucet I have installed. Directions were clear and easy to follow. Read ALL directions through before installing. Our first experience with a pull down spout. Like the ease of operation and return docking.Though left-handed, I installed it as a right-handed for use by my wife. I have no problem with its use. We have Moen products throughout the house and I would recommend Moen anytime, due to style,ease of installation and after-sale warranty response

The Brantford 7185C is the exception to the old adage, "too good to be true". The simplicity of the style and ease of use is hard to comprehend until it is installed. The installation was very easy and not time consuming. Once installed, you wonder why you waited so long for the kitchen 'helper' to appear. .

I had a faucet almost most the same style. This one has a better reach to get water in my other sink. You have a choice for the location of the handle. My wife and I are both left handed. The faucet head pulls out far enough to fill a pail sitting on the floor. The faucet head is high enough to get a large pot under it. The head extends and returns easily. This design is different so it shouldn't flair like my old one. The locking nut should be stronger. When I tightened it the jumped a thread. Then my wife held th faucet while I tightened just enough so the bottom would not move. I realy like this unit.

The Brantford 7185C was very easy to put in. It was a little hard getting the old one off but the new Brantford went on like a charm. My wife and the entire family enjoy its beautiful looks and using the facuet. The decorative pulldown facuet makes cleaning up the dishes and large pans work so smoothly. The button on the end of the facuet head allows you to turn the full stream to spray or off is extremely convenient. The ability to pull down the facuet head allows you the distance to wash the largest pots and pans. We have encouraged my friends and relatives of how much we have enjoyed the Brantford.

My advice. . . Keep in mind this style faucet does not direct water to the center of your sink. Because the depth of the neck is shallow, water is directed to the back half of sink. Makes it a little awkward When washing dishes. Looks great on the sink.

The hose included with this faucet is junk. We just built our house 2 years ago and I trusted Moen was a quality brand. Not so! Apparently these faulty hoses are only made to last 1-2 years. We've got substantial water damage and black mold under our kitchen sink now. DO NOT buy Moen!

Purchase my house in 2015 with the faucet I currently need a replacement part # 150259. Grub screw on handle doesn't actually screw in anything. so it strips over time. Leaks from around base and handle. Can't ever seem to get support on the line to address these issue so to heckwith the warranty if you can never get support.

Bought this faucet when we remodeled our kitchen two years ago. Absolutely loved it! After about a year a slow leak developed in the handle.Slow enough that we didn't notice it until we saw the damage the leak had done to the cabinet underneath. We had the leak fixed by a plumber and he told us this design wasn't really meant for a family with 3 teenage boys. The kitchen faucet gets a lot of use in our house. He said the way the handle is designed it will most likely start to leak again. He was right, six months later it's leaking again. We're going to try to replace the cartridge. Hopefully that will do the trick, because I really love the look. So be aware, while the faucet is very stylish, the handle may not stand up to a lot of use.
