Moen 7594ESRS Spot resist stainless one-handle pulldown kitchen faucet

Just a quick wave of the hand turns the water on and off. My husband and I find we save water by frequently using this easy feature while doing dishes or washing hands! Love this feature!

It was very easy to install for someone who was not really experienced in plumbing, and has made my kitchen look so modern! I love how I was able to connect my google home to it too! I love the touch turn on, that tells you the temperature of the water by color. Overall truly impressed.

We replaced a Moen for this Moen with countertop upgrade, same style! Right away we've become accustomed to the touch less feature and have added a couple presets to the Moen app. Easy to integrate with Alexa. It's a beautiful faucet.

We bought the U by Moen Arbor Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Smart Kitchen Faucet with Voice Control in Spot Resist Stainless three months ago. I am very happy with the product. this product has great features, convenience to operate, and easy installation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the most advanced piece of item I have owned. This smart kitchen faucet is a necessity. Not only does it make my life so easy but it helps me be more productive. I have to say this faucet was extremely easy to install. I have only installed 1 other faucet. It seems like a lot of components but its truly not. The instructions are easy to follow. I did have to purchase different water connectors because of the lines that I had. They had adaptors for it which was great. The faucet does connect to an Alexa which you can ask Alexa to turn on and off the faucet. Also how much water to dispense and what temperature. The U by Moen comes with their very own app where you can control those things. The sleek design is very versatile and fits in any kitchen look. I love that it has the pull down sprayer. The faucet is also motion sensors if desired. I am in love with this faucet and if I could I'd give it a 10 star review.

I bought this about 2 months while doing a kitchen renovation. The faucet looks nice and the hand sensor works great. The problem is all the smart functions. they work less than half the time. I will say the exact words that Alexa and Moen suggest to get the faucet to dispense an amount of water or a certain temperature and it almost never works. The only smart function that works consistently is turning the water on or off which is not why I bought this unit, especially when the hand sensor already does that. I was really hoping this product would be extremely useful in the kitchen, besides just looking nice. Unfortunately it feels more like an overpriced dumb faucet with a hand sensor. Hopefully the app functions and firmware will be updated in the future to make this faucet function better.

I'm waiting to exchange this expensive faucet for another one. After 2 days, the top sensor stopped responding & I had to shut the water off under the sink because the thing kept turning itself on, wasting water. Replacing the batteries did nothing.

I had this faucet for less than 8 years. It was great until it stopped working. With the high price tag, it should last longer than 7 + years. Do not buy this unless you want to buy another faucet very soon. The electronics are only warranted for 5 years. They did send me a new controller and battery holder for free, but the sensors seem to be the issue and they are done sending me anything else. I will not buy another one of these.

Worked fine for 10 months. Now the motion sensing only works on one side - when I turn the faucet on the left it works like a charm. In other angles the motions sense is not working. I have tried re-booting, changing batteries but no luck. NOT a reliable product.
