Really easy to install, nice D cell power pack came with it. Flow control water saving button is a great feature. Water at the wave of my hand. Haven't tested the forehead theory yet, but I'm assuming it'll be a go. I really the the finish on it, too.

Just installed new faucet but this is the second one. The first one died with in a month and this was the replacement. Moen sent the new one right away without any hassles. Works great with Alexa.

We bought this for an install at our new home as the builder did not allow any Fossett upgrades. I removed a Moen, single handle, pull downspout faucet, replaced it with this motion sensing faucet. I'm extremely pleased offers. Many great features in the installation was a breeze.

Pictures of the Kurv, even on Moen's website, fail to convey just how beautifully crafted this faucet is. IMO it's the best looking smart faucet of all Moen's models. It has a very heavy and high quality feel. Installation was simple and straightforward. Moen could not make it any easier. I bypassed the battery pack and plugged it in directly to the outlet under my sink. I know the new generation models EW and EV won't work if the power goes out without the battery pack but my power rarely goes out so it was an easy choice to not mess with the battery pack. Once installed, setting up the smart function to wifi through the Moen SmartWaterNetwork app was straightforward and recognized the faucet without delay. Having had an original MotionSense faucet for 10 years that worked flawlessly, I thought I knew what to expect from a MotionSense faucet. This latest EV generation exceeded my expectations in all respects. The sensor is now only on the forward facing curve of the faucet. It tells you via LED what temperature the water is without having to touch the water. Waving over the sensor works flawlessly. The beautifully crafted handle is smooth and controlled. Using either the handle or the sensor, the water turns on and off softly, not abruptly. The many smart functions one can set up are not only amazing, they actually work! If your looking for a high style, high quality, super smart faucet, the Moen Kurv is the award winner.

Faucet is beautiful and mostly functional. Installation was easier than I expected, except at the very end the handle popped out and it took me a while to get it popped back in. A set screw came out and I'm not sure where it goes. It doesn't seem to be affecting the faucet. It's very cool and saves water to wave to turn it on and off. The video shows swiping left and right to change from hot to cold but when I do that, it turns it off. I'm not sure if it's faucet error or user error. I was also a bit disappointed to learn that the electronics only have a five year warranty. The Plumbing Supply house told me it had a lifetime warranty.

We just had it installed because our old faucet was constantly leaking. Took some doing to get it to work with our voice assistant. Would have been helpful if we'd known to scan the QRcode for the serial number before it was installed. Still not sure how to tell it to fill the dog's water bowl without running over.

We love the style and the motion activation works great, but we've had it 5 months and had to replace the 6 D batteries TWICE already. Why isn't it an option to plug this into power directly? The faucet doesn't work AT ALL when the batteries die, even with the handle. This is really annoying to be in the middle of doing dishes and suddenly having no water. If this faucet had the option of AC power or battery, I'd give it a 5.

works like a charm and is amazing BUT can't get it to connect to the app. even when it was reset, doesn't work. regardless, the motion sensor works without it. Next time, I will get the fingerprint less version.

Repeatedly stops working or water switches on by itself - sometimes when we're out or in the middle of the night can't be switched off manually Our plumber says he's had to replace these and we're going to do the same Awful design

We have had this faucet about a year and a few weeks ago the pressure started dropping off. After checking the batteries, cleaning filter, and having a plumber come out it seems to be an issue with the faucet itself. Trying to figure out how to get it replaced.
