Moen Attune Chrome Bathroom Showerhead and Hand Shower Combo, 218C0

This was an upgrade from a lesser brand hand shower. I like the metal hose and the sturdy feel of the hand held shower. The spray patterns are just right. I don't know any other way to describe it, but we all know what a weird shower head feels like. This is not that. It is Moen brand, and previous experience with Moen customer service and quality made me not even consider another brand. This is a good purchase, and I will probably purchase this exact shower sprayer when I need to replace the sprayer in my other bathroom.

This is the second time we’ve purchased this Moen shower head %26 hand shower combo. We have been so pleased with it. After many years I felt it should be replaced from water gunking it up. I recommend this one because of the easy use between the two and also the easy change of spray. An overall quality product.

I love this shower head. When my shoulder starts hurting I turn the massage setting on and it helps with the pain.

I like the showerhead. There are no problems with leaking like others that are similar, and you can easily switch between the use of each shower head. The only downside is that when you use both showerheads at the same time, you loose some water pressure.

My package did not include instructions or plumber's tape. There was aclink to video instructions. The video was easy to follow. My 12yo son actually did most of the work. i just went back and tightened everything. I have not used because in my kid's bathroom, but they have enjoyed using it. I like that you can use each unit separately or together for 3 options. The metal hose will come in handy when time to clean the shower. Easy to adjust the different settings on each shower head. Ee have it set on one of the lower pressure settings.

This shower looks great and is great, until you turn the water on. The hose then becomes super stiff and hard to move around. It bangs on the shower walls. For $50 I expect it to be better. It’s installed so I’m not returning, but regret buying it.

Packaging was retapped so this item was used or returned. While attaching the nut cracked or it was cracked and that’s why it was returned . This was a mark down item. I would have expected more from a Moen product.

i like the two shower heads but the water pressure on both sucks

The little handle on the shower head broke off as I was taking the item out of the package! Very cheap! Plastic covered with heavy tinfoil. Is this what Moen has become? Used to sell quality products. I returned it within an hour!
