Moen Brantford 6610 Centerset Bathroom Sink Faucet

One of the few US Companies that stand by it's product !! I had a Brantford faucet in my bathroom that was about 12 yrs old and the aerator clogged up ! After calling Moen ; they sent me a new one !!..Free ! Now I have Moen faucets all thru my house ! I Love this Company !

I like the product and installing was easy once you get past the poor instructions. The instructions were terrible, the straight use of a picture based instruction without any description of the parts is ridiculous. You provide a list of helpful tools and never refer to them in the diagrams, for example when to use the sealant. You have labeled parts in the diagram and no corresponding description, for example, the gasket which side goes against the faucet base. The pictured based instructions are a good supplement to a narrative instruction

This Moen faucet is exactly as advertised on Moen's website. Some versions sold at Lowe's and Home Depot are lesser quality.

I like this faucet for its simplicity and ease of cleaning. My husband installed it in less than an hour to replace our old, leaking faucet. I like the higher arc on this style.

Looks nice and works, no complaints

I often stare lovingly at this bathroom faucet. It has a high enough arch so that my son can wash his hair under the faucet, And a replaced and old, drippy one. I also trust the brand, which gives me a sense of security. Well worth the price, which was actually quite reasonable!

the phone service is the absolute worst. when you get thru they hang up on you if they can't figure out what part they don't have. Total rip-off.Do not buy moen anything.

All of the plumbing fixtures in her house or mowing, and you had to replace multiple cartridges and have had 6 loose faucet handles in under 3 years. All junk. And wouldn't recommend Moen brand.

We installed this faucet several years ago and it has had multiple issues. About a year ago it developed a leak from the faucet. We narrowed it down to the cold side and replaced the cartridge. Now the hot side is leaking. Changing these cartridges is a major and problematic endeavor. Aside from the leaking, be aware that the recessed aerator design is beautiful, but the removal of the aerator is incredibly difficult using the ridiculous plastic tool that is supplied. We have hard water, so it is necessary to remove this at least every month or two to clean out mineral deposits. If you have hard water, do NOT buy this faucet.

These faucets are very badly made and are falling apart after only three years. So far no one has been able to fix them and Moen has not responded at all to my request for support. They have been very lightly used. I've never in my life had such poor faucets.
