I love the look, style and finish with a very slight gold tone. I had a single lever Moen faucet prior to ordering this one and it served me well for 30 years. Moen is a great name and has a great product.

This is a replacement for an older model Moen Chateau faucet. I like the new style cartridge, it's guaranteed to never leak or it's fixed for free. I purchased the least expensive chrome model because it suits our style, and budget, the best. The chrome is nice, but it's hard to keep sparkling clean. Water spots are a never ending presence. Installation was very easy - I just wish it was as easy to remove the old, plumber installed unit as it was to install the "homeowner friendly" unit. The cutting of copper pipes, the knuckle-busting basin wrench, the corroded brass nuts, etc wasn't the fun part. I'm a die-hard Moen fan, I wouldn't buy any other brand.

We've had our Morn kitchen faucet for 27 years & it still looks and works great. I love that it's all one piece and I can move the faucet smoothly to either side of the sink. The handle lifts simply to turn on and (always helpful) has a red/blue small plug on front of the faucet to show hot & cold

I purchased this faucet when my original moen product that came with the house went out. The whole family is impressed with the quality and the fact that it's practical. i did not what to spend too much since I have growing kid and i know they might break it. i am impressed that it has gone through some abuse and it's still working like new. i will recommend this product to anyone

Our old kitchen faucet rusted and my husband spent hours trying every way possible to remove it. Finally he took a saw to it and saved the sink. Good-bye leaky rusted faucet. Hello Moen. It sparkles. I spent at the most 15 minutes installing the new one. What a breeze - very smart and simple design on the Moen. Also, I used a little plumbers putty around the faucet edges to insure no drips, although the directions didn't mention a need to. It's been a week and it works fine so far. The sprayer has a good length hose. Definitely recommend this to everyone. My husband and I are on a tight budget and we researched carefully before deciding. Thank you Moen!

Great faucet Assembled in the USA of US and foreign parts. Super easy faucet to install. Classic style looks great in my older kitchen. Would recommend for a replacement to an existing kitchen that your not quite ready for a full remodel. If your upgrading your whole kitchen I might go with one of Moen's higher end modern faucets. This works great in a rental or an apartment as it is easy to repair and is fairly durable. I chose this faucet for its price and quality. My kitchen is dated and will need a full remodel so I picked an inexpensive faucet that doesn't look or feel "cheap". Stay away from those China made big box store off brand faucets they're sometimes more expensive and half the quality.

I keep one of these faucets on my truck, recommend it to customers who are ok without using a pull-out type, and have one in my home. It is about as basic and good-working faucet as I have seen. You can replace the (fixed) aerator, with a swivel-spray (generic , or Moen part # 20200), to get some more coverage. Nothing lasts forever anymore, but you should get good usage out of this faucet, if you are ok with the styling. You also have Moen's lifetime warranty for parts.

I want to state what great service the MOEN company provided for us. The plastic sleve in our kitchen sink faucet broke so that the faucet handle would not turn the faucet on. I tried finding the necessary part but no one seemed to carry the particular part needed. I called the MOEN company and was sent the necessary part by over-night delivery for no charge, so had the faucet working the next day. l appreciated their great service.

After only 2-3 years of service, I started to have a problem with this unit. When putting the handle all the way up, for maximum flow, it would go past where it should, so when lowering the handle to lower or shut the flow, the handle would hit a 'bump' and need to be pushed harder past this. Upon disassembling, I found that the problem was that the part controlling the limits of the upward range of the handle was plastic, and had broken. Admittedly, I might be somewhat rough in hitting the handle up to turn it on when my hands are full, but, hey - this is supposed to be a well-built, sturdy faucet! As far as I could tell, this part, which is at a high impact/use/pressure functional location, is the ONLY plastic part in this unit. It should be metal!!

We bought this faucet about 4 years ago and have had nothing but trouble. The sprayer has always gotten stuck in the on position, and still does. Then the base plate dented (thin metal), we don't even know what was dropped on it. Then the stem failed. That's OK, but when I replaced it, the lower parts failed. And to top it off, water now sprays from the top of the spout - the cheap metal eroded away. Have had Moen since my parents bought the products. Guess they were better made then. Not going back.
