Came with the new construction. Looks nice and works well. I really just wanted to drop my .02 about Moen in general. I had a diverter that needed replacing in my kitchen faucet and a cartridge for this bath unit. Both were out of warranty with the plumber who installed. I called Moen and they replaced the parts for free, including no shipping charge to me. They stand behind their LifeTime Warranty. Both parts arrived in less than a week and were easily replaced by using the video tutorials made available by Moen. That's how a company should function. Thank you
Chose this to replace a discontinued Moen item that served 26 yrs. Needed a faucet with a short spout length for a small sink.
I replaced an old leaky faucet with this one, and it has been wonderful so far. I've had it for about a month and the ease of use is a wonderful change. It stays relatively clean looking between bathroom cleanings as well.
Not only does my new Moen faucet look beautiful in my bathroom but it works beautifully as well. Smooth faucet handles and when they shut off they are off!
My other faucet had too long of a spout and my wife didn't like it. I was fine with it. Never buy anything but Moen.
I thought, looking at the pictures, that this faucet had old style screws in the top of the handle. On my old faucet, the setscrew was frozen in place, and I couldn't repair it. It wasn't a Moen, but I didn't want a repeat.
Had both kitchen sink and laundry room faucets replaced. The water flow in both are not very strong. Takes a longer time to fill a basin or pot or...... Also find the kitchen's pull out faucet cumbersome to use. Disappointed and guess I'm stuck with it. Should have just had the washer replaced at the kitchen sink to fix the leak.
I bought a new build home in November of 2023. Now my bathroom sink faucet has snapped off at the plastic spout swivel bearing. After reading about a repair, this is a known problem with this model. This sink is installed in all 4 of my bathroom sinks and I'm sure the other 3 are soon to follow. There is not replacement piece for this issue either. Cheap cheap cheap
Terrible faucet with design flaw. These are unacceptable from such a well known company. Previous owner thought kids were messing with water causing leak to main floor ceiling. We found that if the faucet is left slightly on they start to leak onto the counter after some unknown delay. From the kids vantage point they look completely off and nothing is going into the sink. I thought maybe it was just one of the two in our bathroom so I shut if off. A few weeks later the other did the same thing when one of the kids left it slightly on. Two for two this is not a coincidence. They are only three years old now. My guess at least on the previous owner probably twice and they never figured out the cause but their kids were messing around My guess at least on the previous owner probably twice based on what I can tell from the ceiling repare. and they never figured out the cause but their kids were messing around
This house is only two years old and the faucet already has close to zero water pressure. All attempts to clean it or repair it failed to remedy the situation. A professional said it is likely the aerator. My husband has tried repeatedly to get in touch with Moen customer service but after waiting on hold for up to an hour, nothing. What good is a lifetime warranty if there is no one to honor it? We had a different brand of faucet in our last home that lasted in all bathrooms over 11 years with no problems.
