I think it's a fantastic product! It looks amazing, but I accidentally skimmed the description and didn't notice that it doesn't come with a valve, handle, or arm for turning it on and off, or hanging it—that's my fault for not reading carefully. I will return the item and purchase one that includes the valve, handle, and arm.

I am a maintenance guy at an assisted living facility and we have a common shower where I installed this shower head The residents that use it are very happy they don't have to hook the head back on a plastic hanger It makes showering easier It looks great too

Love this flavor
My hubby wanted to replace both bathroom shower heads; one had gotten tight to turn. These were easy to switch out. We love the volume of spray and ease in switching from one mode to another. Very happy

Easy to install and use, lifetime warranty.
This is just based on ease of installation and first few days of use. Installation is a snap. Ten minutes or so, no tools. Instructions did not say to use Teflon tape but I did anyway. Nice selection of modes and easily works as a fixed shower head or hand held. It has a life time warranty though, seeing that I am 81 that did not influence me much.

Great size and function. I've had mine for a few years and love so I bought one for my sister and she loves it too.

Magnetic base is very useful
Good value and function. Many parts now made of plastic instead of metal, but still appears to be well made. Easy to install, easy to use. The magnetic base is very good, and the spray patterns are fine. Plus, Moen warranties it products for life. Recommend!

The shower head came as a two pack . The first one was ok but the hose was leaking water after I installed it. Then the second one the head wear you screw onto the neck has been tightened with a wrench and it is scarred all the way around so I am going to return it for another one today.

Missing Washer and very inferior quality. I would not recommend. Stainless Steel is superior to Plastic!

Tough installation: Poor Quality.
Emphatic item has been very hard to install. We purchased two. Installation has been attempted four times. We cannot get the washer in the right place to keep it from leaking through the magnet. So far we've been unable to successfully install or use this product.
